Can I return?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you receive from Angela Jey, you can return it within 7 days of purchase and we will refund your purchase cost. Shipping, handling charges are not refundable, sale items are not refundable. Please send an email to email@example.com, our team will validate your return request before approval of the return
How to return?
Product must be in original condition, unworn, unused, unwashed and with original tags attached in original packaging. Refunds are issued in the same tender as the original purchase. You may return items by posting them back to us. Please include your sales receipt with the return package. If you would like a replacement or exchange you will need to place a new order online.
Please note that any parcels sent to Angela Jey returns are the responsibility of the customer until they are received by us. We recommend using a postal tracking service.
Can I return jewellery and earrings?
We do not accept returns of body jewellery and earrings unless faulty, due to hygiene reasons.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Please contact us via email if you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect so that we can assist you.
An order can only be canceled/changed up to the point it is dispatched. Please contact us ASAP by email if wishing to change your order. You will receive an email advising you when your order has been dispatched.
How do we process?
Returns are usually processed within 3 business days of being received but may take up to 5 business days during busy periods. Depending on your service provider, the refunded amount may take up to 7 business days to appear in your account once processed.
